AOL, Yahoo and Earthlink have been making a lot of noise too. At one point pretty recently, AOL said they were going to be checking SPF by the end of the summer. As for MemeStreams mail, one solution might be to give each user an @memestreams.net addr which you set the envelope sender to and leave From: alone.
