Judge Rules In Steve McNair's Case by IconoclasT at 6:05 pm EDT, Jul 22, 2004 |
Davidson County Criminal Court Judge Cheryl Blackburn ruled the arresting officer didn't have sufficient basis to pull McNair over. She granted McNair's request to suppress all evidence relating to the reason for the May 2003 stop. ... McNair was arrested after an officer noticed him driving his sport utility vehicle in Downtown Nashville. His blood alcohol content registered at that level, almost twice the level then used to define driving under the influence. UN F*CKING BELIEVABLE! |
