The book was created ] by James R. Heflin Jr. of the Virginia Tech Department of ] Physics, Stephane Evoy of the University of Pennsylvania ] Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering, and ] Massimiliano Di Ventra of the University of California at ] San Diego Department of Physics.
