Motorcycle shipping is in contrast different from shipping of automobiles. Some auto transport or freight companies require different crates to be made to transport motorcycles and require the fuel tank of the motorcycle to be removed and the batteries to be taken out prior to shipment. They do at times give an option to the customer to make crates on their own which requires a lot of skill.
