I told myself that I wouldn't get involved in the counter-revisionism that is going on right now with us liberals (TM) but I had never actually seen the active oppression in the administration. I suppose its at least a partially unfair lens given that 50 years ago racist jokes were acceptable. But still. Not everyone was a saint just because you choose to selectively remember them that way.
