According to Bob Woodward's new book, Mr. Rumsfeld spent meetings asking questions rather than taking positions. What would firing Mr. Rumsfeld achieve? The person who charted the course into Iraq and who bears ultimate responsibility is not Mr. Rumsfeld but Mr. Bush -- and his bosses will get a chance to fire him in November. | |||
