] More interesting ties and speculation surrounding Berg. The fact that Berg was a Jew and working on the RNC's network infrastucture doesn't imply that he was a conservative, nor does the fact that his father was involved with ANSWER imply that Berg was involved in some sort of plot. Of course, there seems to have been enough question there to get the FBI to investigate him, but the circumstances of that are also in question. I don't understand why the USG can't get its story straight on when/where Berg was held. There is a story on Kuro5hin which covers a number of questions about this, but also manages to make giant, conspiratorial leaps of logic in the course of laying them out. Thats the problem with stuff like this. People find things that don't add up, and then immediately insert their favorite theory instead of objectively searching for explanations. There is enough about Berg's death that doesn't add up to ask questions, but there certainly isn't enough to imply answers, and right now all thats out there is JFK style back and forth between people who've already decided what they want to beleive. |
