I need more information on this subjec. I am working on a project with 48 miles of 115KV transmission line. We need low power under the transmission lines. We are working for the power company so there is no stealing here. Cn anybody point me in the right direction such as the name of the Physicist in Bristol University or the issue of Smithsonian where it was published
