Would you rather I call him handicapped? Not only is he not a moving and charismatic speaker, but the way he scrambles random words together in a cocaine addled sentence make him seem quite dumb. A big difference between GWB and the people you compare him to is that they usually (despite whatever speaking difficulty) are generally able to convey a rational point that makes sense. Sometimes, I get the impression Bush doesn't even really know what he's trying to say.
