Yeah, but there's a problem there. Wasn't the reason for all the gore because they wanted it to be "historically accurate?" And isn't it a thoroughly accepted fact that the Romans would not have crucified someone by staking their hands... because the flesh there cannot support the weight of a person and they would fall... that they really drop the stake in between the arm bones, at the wrist? They put it in the hand because thats what people expect. Not to mention that Jeebus wasn't that white.

Anyway, I was shocked when they staked his hand.
