OK Update... looks like this is a hoax. After looking at the page source, the "cam" image is actually an 4 frame animated GIF...

Which is why it looks like its refreshing. No timestamp on the frames and the lack of any visible decay over 10 months SHOULD have been the *AHEM* dead give-a-way.

So color me the sucker. Though I do wonder how long before someone really does this?? -LB
