] For more than 100 years, the little family-owned bakeries ] in Hamtramck have been cranking out paczki (POONCH-key) ] and other traditional Polish treats. Most of the bakeries ] start their paczki production about 48 hours before the ] big kick-off Tuesday morning. Oaza alone will produce ] between 7,000-8,000-dozen paczki before all is said and ] done. Must. Get. Some. |
