] provider Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) because it has
] been dissatisfied with the vendor's performance in an
] ongoing IT modernization effort at the tax collection
] agency, IRS Commissioner Mark Everson said Thursday.

This is probably good news. CSC's credentials seem to be that it is a well-connected government contractor, not that it has any particular technology competence. As I've wondered before: how is CSC more qualified to do IT for the IRS than IBM or Oracle??
