Next time you send your computer in for repair you better hope the guy who repairs it doesn't think he's a junior FBI agent. Kazaa is right there on the list, between the kiddy porn and the terrorism.

This is like that TIPS program a while back, where the feds wanted UPS guys, electric guys, etc to report anything out of the ordinary. I agree that being reported since you have Kazaa is retarded, but I can understand them being asked if they see obviously illegal things (ie Child Porn) to report it. I believe photo-developers also have the same kind of rules. I think these folks may be required to under one of those "if you know a crime's been commited but didn't report it" laws.
