Sounds more like stupid ass lawyers, judges, and politicians.

They can remove your child from your care permanently without a trial, and without a prior conviction? You have to sue to recover the child, which I presume would operate on a civil basis?

One of those moments when I honestly have to say I'm proud to be an American. Brits think they're so progressive but they don't even have reasonable standards for establishing guilt. Thats basically fundamentally broken. Get some checks and balances ya blokes!
