Of course, asking Avi Rubin to audit your internet voting system is like asking what Howard Dean thinks about you capital gains tax cut. They probably hand selected the other members of their panel as well, specifically so they could generate this "minority report" spin. The fact is that they just don't beleive in this kind of fraud, because every time they have changed the technology associated with voting there have been protests.
